Can anyone see my photos?

• The quick short answer is, no. Each gallery requires your email and is password protected. You will be provided a password when we create your gallery and only those you share your gallery password with will be able to gain access to your photos, and nobody else!

How long will my gallery be available?

• We guarantee that you photos will be available in the gallery for five months after your photo's are delivered to you. If your gallery is taken down after the five months, but you still want to look at the gallery, share it with others, or order prints, please let us know and we would be more than happy to put the gallery back online for you for a while longer. If you want to order more prints down the road and the gallery is no longer up, we will store your photos for at least one year after the date your photos, so please reach out to us and we can get the gallery back online so you can order more photos.

What is different about a professional print lab?

• Professional print labs specialize in printing photographic products. The print labs that we work with have been in the business for decades and use only the the highest quality of materials to make sure that the print lasts for a lifetime, if not multiple lifetimes. Each print goes through a color grading process to make sure that the colors are as accurate as possible and to ensure that the print will be as brilliant as you'd envision it. There is a slightly higher cost to using a professional print lab vs. going to the local drug store and getting your photos printed because of this. You are absolutely able to download your photos and print them where you would like, but using our photo labs will ensure that you have a work of art that you are able to showcase in your house and that is going to be a conversation starter for years.
